Introduction
This service (hereafter referred to as the "Service") is provided by the Circularise BV (hereafter referred to as the “Company”). By using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility and Acceptance
The Service is only available to individuals who are at least 16 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.
User Content
You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute the content you provide to the Service. This license is for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service and researching and developing new ones.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6.2 Exclusion of Certain Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Indemnification

No transfer of ownership

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts in the Hague.
